We currently only deliver Australia-wide. For international customers, please contact us via the Contact page to arrange a custom order.

For Australian customers – once your order has been processed you will receive a confirmation email of your delivery. You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (approx 2 weeks after placing your order). If possible, we recommend customers please provide a business address for shipping. 

Cost

Australia wide shipping is currently FREE for a limited time on all print and frame orders. Fees apply for unframed print orders for international orders.

Packaging

The frame is bubble wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging. All work is insured against loss or damage.

Timing

Generally, the production time is two weeks + delivery. Please note delivery times are estimates only and are not always guaranteed.

International Shipping

Please contact us at us via the Contact page to arrange an international order. Please note orders placed outside Australia may be subject to customs inspection and are liable for duties and taxes on importation into the destination country. Customers are responsible for paying any fees, duties or taxes which are levied in the destination country in regards to their order and shipment. Delivery timings may vary.
